Fruity Fluff Cake

Light, moist, and fruity, this Fruity Fluff Cake is topped with a creamy WaterADE-infused frosting for a playful, colorful treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 and a half cups flour
  • 1tbsp baking powder
  • half tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp WaterADE ( any flavour)
  • half cup yoghurt for extra moisture

For the frosting:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • half cup icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp WaterADE to match the cake
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional garnish fresh fruits sprinkles.

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour 2 8-inch cake tins.
  3. Mix dry ingredients.
  4. In a large bowl mix the flours, baking powder, salt and WaterADE. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy then mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Divide evenly in to the 2 cake tins.
  6. Bake for 25- 30 mins.

Frosting:

  1. Beat the heavy cream until soft peaks,
  2. Add WaterADE and powdered sugar to form stiff peaks.
  3. Assemble the cake and decorate with frosty filling and matching fruits.
