Fruity Fluff Cake
Light, moist, and fruity, this Fruity Fluff Cake is topped with a creamy WaterADE-infused frosting for a playful, colorful treat.

Ingredients:
- 2 and a half cups flour
- 1tbsp baking powder
- half tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp WaterADE ( any flavour)
- half cup yoghurt for extra moisture
For the frosting:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- half cup icing sugar
- 2 tbsp WaterADE to match the cake
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional garnish fresh fruits sprinkles.
Method:
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
- Grease and flour 2 8-inch cake tins.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- In a large bowl mix the flours, baking powder, salt and WaterADE. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy then mix in vanilla extract.
- Divide evenly in to the 2 cake tins.
- Bake for 25- 30 mins.
Frosting:
- Beat the heavy cream until soft peaks,
- Add WaterADE and powdered sugar to form stiff peaks.
- Assemble the cake and decorate with frosty filling and matching fruits.
