Ingredients:
- 2tsp vinegar
- 2tsp vanilla extract
- 2tsp corn flour
- 4 large egg whites
- 2 sachets of your chosen WaterADE flavours
- 100g light muscovado sugar
- 100g golden caster sugar
- 568ml double cream
- berries to garnish coulis
Method:
- Blend the vinegar, vanilla and corn flour to a paste.
- Whisk egg whites until stiff, gradually add sugar and WaterADE sachets into egg whites.
- Add small amounts of paste until a thin marshmallow meringue is formed.
- Pipe into meringue nests and cook for 1 hour at 140 degrees.
- Turn oven off and leave nests to cool.
- Whip cream and add to top of meringue nests with fresh fruit and coulis.
