Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- 400g self-raising flour
- 400g stork
- 1 sachet Apple WaterADE
- 400g Sugar
Method:
- Mix butter and sugar together until fluffy.
- Add the eggs and mix
- Add flour and WaterADE apple
- Mix until well combined
- Pour into greased cake tin, bake on 160 degrees, 30% steam for 45-55 minutes.
- Leave to cool.
- Mix cream with Brakes toffee sauce and whisk until thick - decorate cake with this.
- Dust with Cocoa Butter.
