WaterADE Apple and Toffee Cream Cake

Enjoy a lighter take on indulgence with this Apple and Toffee Cream Cake – naturally fruity, subtly sweet, and topped with a creamy toffee twist, perfect for a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 400g self-raising flour
  • 400g stork
  • 1 sachet Apple WaterADE
  • 400g Sugar

Method:

  1. Mix butter and sugar together until fluffy.
  2. Add the eggs and mix
  3. Add flour and WaterADE apple
  4. Mix until well combined
  5. Pour into greased cake tin, bake on 160 degrees, 30% steam for 45-55 minutes.
  6. Leave to cool.
  7. Mix cream with Brakes toffee sauce and whisk until thick - decorate cake with this.
  8. Dust with Cocoa Butter.
